Lauren Nicole London (born December 5, 1984) is an actress from the United States. London is most recognized for her work in ATL (2006), This Christmas (2007), Madea’s Big Happy Family (2011), Baggage Claim (2013), The Game (2013–2015), Games People Play (2019), and Without Remorse (2019).
London and PUMA partnered on the L.A Love Story project in 2022. Her city of Los Angeles inspired the footwear and apparel collection. Items also depict her late boyfriend Nipsey Hussle, who was fatally shot in Los Angeles on March 31, 2019.

Who Are ‘You People’ Star Lauren London’s Parents?
According to Distractify, Lauren London is actually both Black and Jewish! Her mother was a Black woman, and her father was an Ashkenazi Jewish guy of white skin.
The You People actress stated on the PEOPLE Everyday podcast (via Yahoo Entertainment) that working on the film taught her more about her Jewish roots.
Lauren said during the podcast, “I grew up in a family with only my mother. My father did not live with us when I was growing up. My parents divorced when I was a child. I was three at the time, therefore my experience is based on my mother’s, as I grew up with a single Black mother.”
Lauren stated that filming You People seemed “quite close to home,” noting that “What felt personal was shooting in Los Angeles… and some of the regions and locations where we shot. I loved that they were Jewish since there was some information in the film that I didn’t know before.”
Lauren London’s parents’ identities have never been revealed. It could be because Lauren wants to keep that information private, especially if her parents don’t want to be in the public glare like their famous daughter!

Love Story fashion line on Instagram for her 10 million followers, which was inspired by LA, the city where she grew up, and her late boyfriend and father of her son Kross, Nipsey Hussle.
Lauren admitted on the Drew Barrymore Show (via HotNewHipHop) that it took her a long time to feel safe enough to return to acting following Nipsey’s awful death. “So, I’m really intentional about who I work with, and Kenya (Barris, the director, and co-writer of You People) simply created a really comfortable atmosphere,” she told Drew. “As did Jonah.”
