Legal Issues

In response to a shooting at a Florida nightclub on 2 July 2006, law enforcement officials charged Plies with unlawful possession of a concealed firearm. Five people were taken to the hospital after the gunfire, and members of Plies’ entourage were charged with attempted murder. After Plies’ microphone was turned off because his performance lasted too long, the shooting commenced.
