Jim Cornette Net Worth

James Mark Cornette (born September 17, 1961) is an American author and podcaster who previously worked as an agent, booker, colour commentator, manager, promoter, trainer, and occasional professional wrestler in the professional wrestling industry.

Prior to his retirement, he portrayed an on-screen “authority figure” in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and Ring of Honor, in addition to holding backstage responsibilities in both companies.

He was co-owner, chief booker, and head trainer of Ohio Valley Wrestling from 1999 to 2005, and owner and chief booker of Smoky Mountain Wrestling from 1991 to 1995. In his final years of employment, Cornette primarily focused on backstage duties, abandoning his role as an on-screen manager.

Cornette is also known for his long-running feud with fellow professional wrestling booker Vince Russo, who filed an EPO against Cornette for stalking in June 2017. Two episodes of Viceland’s Dark Side of the Ring series documented the Cornette vs. Russo dispute.
