Anthony Michael Fadell (born March 22, 1969) is a prominent American investor, designer, and engineer. He is the co-founder and former chief executive officer of Nest Labs and the co-creator of the iPod and iPhone.

Fadell was named one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” in 2014. He holds over 300 patents. In 2016, Time magazine named the Nest Learning Thermostat, the iPod, and the iPhone three of the “50 Most Influential Gadgets of All Time.”

At General Magic, he worked on the development of products such as the Sony Magic Link and the Motorola Envoy. In the mid-1990s, he co-founded the Mobile Computing Group at Philips and Fuse in the late 1990s. He intended to create a hard disc music player with Fuse.
