Terrance “Quez” Watkins (born June 9, 1998) is an American football wide receiver for the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles (NFL). He attended Southern Miss and was picked by the Eagles in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Watkins was raised in Athens, Alabama, and graduated from Athens High School. In the first two games of his junior season, he returned a punt and a kickoff for scores. He was voted second-team 6A All-State as a senior after catching 44 passes for 847 yards and 12 touchdowns.
He chose Southern Miss over Georgia Southern, Middle Tennessee State, Western Kentucky, and Samford to play college football.

The Philadelphia Eagles selected Quez in the sixth round (200th overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft on April 25, 2020. He signed his rookie-level deal with Philadelphia on July 8, 2020, and was later placed on the injured reserve list. Quez was added to the roster on October 10, 2020.
The wide receiver made his NFL debut on December 13, 2020, against the New Orleans Saints. He is currently a prominent player for the Philadelphia Eagles and wears the number 16 jersey.
