Joe Frasure was a 28-year-old guy from Ohio. He was shot on Monday and died the following day.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the event was initially investigated by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office before being turned over to the county prosecutor.
According to a county coroner’s findings, Frasure died as a result of a shooting involving police. Frasure was suspected of being a burglar, according to police. According to Frasure’s relatives, he was simply cleaning up after his grandmother died.
Joe Frasure Death – Ohio Man Killed By Cops?
Joe Frasure died on Tuesday at the UC Medical Center.
On Wednesday, a small group of Frasure’s family, friends, and supporters protested outside the Wyoming Police Department, demanding the release of body camera evidence.
On January 30, he was shot by police in Wyoming, a community near Cincinnati. Frasure and his father were at the house in the 300 block of Durrell Avenue when police arrived in response to a 911 call reporting a break-in.
According to authorities, Frasure sped to his vehicle and refused demands to exit. The driver “reversed at a high rate of speed, hit a tree, and then drove quickly toward our police,” according to Police Chief Brooke Brady.
Four bullets were purportedly fired, and the vehicle collided with a structure. Frasure died on Tuesday after being taken to a nearby hospital.
Frasure’s family stated he was cleaning out his grandmother’s house after her death. Frasure’s grandma died in early January, according to Erika and Joe Frasure Jr., and family members spent the whole Sunday in her apartment.
Frasure, on the other hand, was attempting to start the automobile of another relative so that they could leave the property. Not to mention, Ben Crump, a well-known civil rights lawyer, was one of many who tweeted about the problem.

Joe Frasure Family Protest
Joe Frasure’s family showed a local media outlet a photo of him while on life support at the UC Medical Center on Tuesday, before he died. Friends and family held a small protest in front of the Wyoming Police Department on Wednesday.
Similarly, Joe’s brother stated that he is curious as to why his brother was murdered. He’d like to see the video. He went on to say that his late sibling was a son, brother, father, and family member. A considerate buddy.
He begged for help in bringing his brother’s case to justice. The body cam video has been delivered to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.
“I didn’t hear any of it,” Shonda Coleman, his sister, told the channel. I didn’t hear any commands. I could just hear popping. It was about ten rounds.” Furthermore, Frasure’s family has disputed the Police statement, claiming that he was not a burglary suspect.
Instead, they allege he and his father were clearing up the flat where his grandmother had recently died. Frasure was a father of two with a baby on the way, according to his GoFundMe page.
