Denver was born on June 15, 1978, in Portumna, County Galway, Ireland. He began performing at the age of 16 and released his first album, Wing to Fly, in 2003.

Michelle Gannon’s death has been widely reported on the internet. Mike Denver lost his sister-in-law earlier this month. According to the Irish obituary website Rip.ie, Gannon died peacefully on February 20, 2023.

She died in Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore, surrounded by her family and under the excellent care of the nurses and staff.

Michelle Gannon, originally from Ballingore, Westmeath, Ireland, lived in Clonminch, Tullamore, for numerous years.

Michelle, the Irish singer’s sister-in-law, was married and the mother of two children, Kevin and Lauren. Gannon was born to her parents, Bridget and JJ, according to the Irish obituary website.

John, Damien, David, Mark, Robert, and Michael were her five brothers, and she had three sisters, Rosanna, Elizabeth, and Laura.

Following Michelle’s death, the beloved Irish singer cancelled his planned gig by posting an obituary on social media.

“Due to the passing of my sister-in-law Michelle Gannon,” the statement said. My show at the Radisson Blu Hotel Sligo on Thursday, February 23, has been rescheduled. Michelle, rest in peace.”

Denver was quite close to his wife’s extended relatives. As a result, he postponed his event for February 23.
